BIOGRAPHY: Chrissy likes girls. Josh likes girls too. They are in a band together that plays music that is fun and honest. The band is called The Bee Team. They’re from Philadelphia, PA. This folk/pop/rock band is fundamentally raw and charming. They have melodic and intimate harmonies with warm, pure, and honest composition. They blend good times, rock and roll, banjos, slide guitars, and cute guy and girl tradeoffs into one giant bowl of tasty goodness.

The Bee Team came together from a number of different bands. Josh was in Triumph and Treason. and Chrissy was in The March Hare. When these two bands began playing shows together, Josh and Chrissy developed a bond. Chrissy was also in another acoustic band, The Untouchables. When the male vocalist could not play, Josh stood in, and they liked the sound. From there they broughgt in Joe Sanford and Helene Nicole, some older bandmates of Josh’s and Chrissy’s brother, Mike, to form the The Bee Team. They recently changed their name to The Bee Team from the Bees and the Birds due to avoid any legal or booking confusion that may arise with other bands with similar names.

Their debut EP is the self-titled release of their old name Bees and the Birds. They have recently completed their full length CD "Hot Times USA" which is an 11 song CD with custom screen printed and hand painted digi-pack packaging. Available August 2007.

The Bee Team have already acquired a large following of fans. Their performance on stage creates a fun, interactive environment in which the audience often joins in singing along and dancing.
